Kelela - Washed Away

Filmed in Dallol, in Ethiopia's Afar region, about 130 metres below sea level and one of the hottest inhabited places on Earth. Getting there took a flight from Addis Ababa to Semera, then eight hours by road across volcanic ground. The crew camped outside for three days and shot in 52°C heat. The shoot was permitted by the Ethiopian government, with crew on filming visas. Barney flew an Inspire 2 alongside several custom FPV drones, including an older, bulkier DJI FPV.
